We almost didn't write a review because, selfishly, we wanted to keep this little gem a secret!
The Beachside Motel is a fantastic place to stay, a classic throwback to a simpler time while still being exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained.
The location is hard to beat, just a block from the beach, and the atmosphere around the property is wonderful. The attached ice cream stand is a great bonus and adds to the charm.
The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating, and both check-in and check-out were quick and easy.
Without a doubt, this is one of the best values we've found anywhere in British Columbia. We'll definitely be back!

Still has that old style Motel feel, with a real key! Close to Skaha Beach. Nice, friendly staff at the check in desk. And it is pet friendly!

The front desk clerk Amanda was awesome, accommodated switching the room to the lower level. The suite was clean , an older motel but perfect for either a night or longer. Close to the beach and park.
