You can’t go wrong with this GEM of a place, everything was perfect, the bed much better than a motel at the base of the Mountain who charged a tonne more! Great parking and hosts you can talk to, we’ve already booked our next stay 🏁❣️🏁

Nice comfortable unit with everything we needed, staff were welcoming and very helpful. Loved that it was a short walk to New World.

Appears to be a quaint 60s or 70s era motel. Small kitchenette with microwave, fridge and sink but no stove. Room is small but adequate. Washroom faucets appear to be a bit worn as it was hard to control the water temperature. Shower water pressure was a bit low. Surprising number of amenities nearby including gas station and supermarket just down the street. Several eating establishments just beyond the gas station including decent Chinese takeout and even a fine dining restaurant. Just a short drive to the beautiful Mount Maunganui beach and the main shopping and dining area.
