SpringHill Suites Jackson North/Ridgeland

The area was great. The staff were very friendly. The room was good. Bed was comfortable. The only note we had for the room was there was a large gap in the door they let a lot of light from the hall into the room at night and we didn’t like the bathroom being in the middle of the room with sliding door that wouldn’t lock.

Staff was friendly and very accommodating

The staff was very friendly and helpful- even the lady working in the breakfast area was super attentive and friendly to all guests. The breakfast was delicious. My husband especially liked the cinnamon waffles. We stayed in a double room. The room was very spacious, beautiful and clean. My only complaint was the bathroom door. It was an opaque glass sliding barn door that you can see through when the room gets steamy. Also, because it is a sliding barn door, there are slight gaps between the door and the wall, so there wasn't great privacy. Overall, it was a great value for the money, and we would gladly stay at this property again.

My entire stay was great and the guys at the front desk was very helpful.
