It isn’t the fault of owners. But. A group of 5 guests decided that talking outside their room at 11pm was cool. They declined to take the conversation inside.
Otherwise. Good value. Good location

Perfectly comfortable and clean for the price point. Convenient to the beach, bowls club and pub.

We only booked for one night as heading to QLD.
Very clean and great proximity to beach, bowling club and pub. Reasonable tariff and staff lovely. Upgraded our room for no extra charge. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

The room was perfect for us 2. With one separate bedroom and a kitchenette for the breakfast. Plenty of space, comfy sofa, good tv. The pool looked good but too cold to enjoy it in winter. The staff was were friendly and helpful (restaurant recommendations or potentially late check-out)
Ideally situated across park beach with the park beach bowling club next door
