The Residence Maldives

Overall amazing property, staff, food and facilities. We had an incredibly relaxing stay with lots of beach and pool time and at least an hr per day of great snorkeling. Makes sure you make your way all the way out to the edge of the reef where the drop off occurs as it is spectacular with tonnes of fish and coral We had a beachfront villa without pool (which wasn’t needed) and it was amazing. So clean, large and well outfitted. Our housekeeper was there everyday with a huge smile on his face and left us fresh fruit and cookies each day along with the best towel culver when we left Awesome resort!

The staffs are professional and friendly.

The property was excellent, service from the staff was very good.

Customer service was great, everyone was super friendly and were always making sure we were not missing anything. What probably took this away the opportunity for becoming a 10/10, is the cockroaches at the room….for multiple days we found small cockroaches all over the room (the bathroom…the shower, even our bed). Even some friends we made at the hotel, later told us that they had the same situation (these were overwater villas). We let the front desk know and they said they were going to put poison in the room, but these just kept showing up…
