Next door guest played music with heavy bass. I complained to front desk around three times. Hotel staffs were helpful.

Very nice staff and comfortable room. Has everything you need. My favourite part was the bathroom. Very traditional Japanese bathing vibes including stool, bucket, and a small tub for you to soak in after cleaning. Perfect on a cold winter night.
