Good property, I wish the steam room and sauna was working but it was undergoing maintenance. Staff was excellent.

The hotel has it all, wifi, breakfast and a gym. It's not too close to Hanoi city but will only cost around $40,000.00 dong to catch a cab. The staff are super friendly and helpful, will definitely stay here again.
Btw make sure to check out a little Cafe called Cafe Phizo on the same Street, just turn right after you leave the hotel 2min walk. It serves delicious authentic Hue Vietnamese food and drinks.

They were very kind and welcoming. They even gave me a birthday gift! What a surprise that was. The restaurant in the hotel is also very nice. I would like to stay here again on my next trip to Hanoi
