Arkana Motel Maryborough, SureStay Collection by BW

Perfect location for my plans. Staff were friendly and helpful with check in (using the keypad to enter room). Room was neat and tidy, the main room has been updated with fresh paint, modern light fittings, new floor coverings etc but the bathroom is quite outdated. Plenty of parking. Even though the hotel was on the Main Street, you could not hear the traffic noise. Within walking distance to shopping centre and food outlets.

We loved Arkana. We were made to feel like one of the family and staff were super friendly and able to assist with anything. Rooms were clean and we had everything we needed. Bathrooms were freshly grouted and toilets spotless clean. For the price and proposition, I wouldnt hesitate staying again or recommending. The fact that onsite staff are always there added that extra safety and friendliness for me.

Check-in was by emailed code as there was no one at reception. Having said that, the staff we met later were friendly and helpful.

Very clean, parking too as we had 2 cars with my partner.shops were also near by
