The GRAND PALACE Hotel - YOGYAKARTA

Pretty hotel, big beds. Grand lobby, and nice pool.

It was very nice to stay at the Grand Palace. The Pool is nice and everything is clean. Its just a pitty that there are only three comfortable chairs at the pool. The staff is Politly and helps you. The City is by walking 4 min away.

My friends and I were blown away by the excellent service and hisrendered by the hotel staff. The hotel staff never fails to amaze and try their best to fulfill our requests regardless the timing. You can see the effort that the staff put in to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Would recommend it to anyone:)

We booked two family rooms — the rooms were huge, and we loved that part. But one room had a toilet issue (we found a croak twice), and the other room’s hot water wasn’t hot enough. So we ended up sharing one bathroom, and that pretty much solved the problem. And mosquito ..... but that typical in Tropical Country. Breakfast was okay, but the coffee was always cold, and the menu barely changed — we stayed for seven days, so we noticed it. The staff were lovely, the building is beautiful, and the cleaners were awesome. On our last day, they forgot to give us a bath mat — lol — but honestly, it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, despite the small hiccups, we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. And thank you for the suprise...it was awesome
