I had a very good room with ample space, a view out the window. The breakfast could have had more variety but I was happy with my stay

Excellent breakfast at the high-end hotel environment. Room size is very comfortable. Hot towel is provided by the frontdesk.

The location is good, close to the train station and convenient store. The property is aged but the room has plenty space for your luggage. The breakfast is ok.

The accommodation is close to Wakayama train station, with offsite car parks. The staff was friendly. There's a convenience store downstairs, and many dining options and department stores near the train station. The room was spacious and clean, however, the conditions of the A/C and the cleanliness of the bidet have room for improvement. The breakfast provided is good and tasty. Overall it is a good place for an overnight stay in Wakayama.
