We didn’t use the pool; however, the gentleman at the front desk in the mornings spoke good English and he was able to help us get our clothes washed and dried for a fee which was most helpful. The two ladies who greeted us when we arrived in the afternoon were very friendly and welcoming. The housekeeper did an excellent job at keeping the room clean. It was very walkable to a bank, restaurants and the park. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice central place in Masaya. Easy to walk around the town, even safely at night.
Only one staff member speaks English, but they are all very kind and will try to help as best they can.

I booked the hotel as it says it offer airport pickup. I’m ok to pay for pickup but the fact is they do not offer the service. Please remove it out as it will confuse others like it did to me
