Club & Hotel Letoonia

We have been loyal guests at this resort for many years and continue to return because we genuinely enjoy the atmosphere and hospitality. However, we feel there is room for improvement in the overall maintenance, particularly when it comes to cleanliness, air conditioning, doors, and the upkeep of the facilities. We also believe the food would benefit from greater variety, especially for returning guests staying several days. We share this feedback because we truly care about the resort and hope to see it continue to maintain the high standards that have kept us coming back over the years.

Needs a refurb in the rooms but the location is beyond stunning. Food offering seems vast, but bland and the same can day with a few exceptions.

Very good resort - family oriented and location is great. The food is good. The meals are rushed, poor service after the first 30 minutes, all staff busy doing other things (cleanup??), no customer service remains so do eat as soon as you can if you want clean table, water etc. The special restaurants are not worth the extra cost - the food is essentially the same as the buffet, of course the service and ambiance is great (good for special occasions). You should be getting good service at the buffet anyway, which is disappointing. The grounds are well kept, and plenty of lounge chairs and seats around the pools and the beaches. Wi-fi is all round good, rooms are cleaned daily and are comfortable. Activities are plentiful. The spa is ok but the massage was disappointing.
