Perfect hotel. I would definitely book again. The only issue we encountered for the two nights we were there was the AC unit was not pumping out enough cold air for our taste. Could just be our room, but everything else was amazing!

A beautiful little hotel backing onto the Virgin River in Springdale - if you like beautiful views and being close to wildlife then this place is for you. A short stroll (or shuttle) to the Zion National Park entrance is an amazing advantage but our room was huge with a balcony overlooking the lawn with the resident wild deer strolling about. Pool was delightfully refreshing with the heat and a multitude of little restaurants nearby. A wonderful stay.

Best location ever! So convenient! Very clean! Great hot tub! Rented our bikes next door and adjoining restaurant was excellent. If ever back in Zion - I will stay here again!
