Surf Hotel & Chateau

This was a beautiful hotel and a great location for our three day stay in Buena Vista for my family of four. The beds were very comfortable and the staff very friendly. The onsite restaurant was also very good and not too outrageously priced. However, I do feel like some functionality was sacrificed for aesthetics. For example, our room in the chateau had no comfortable place to sit other than the bed. It would be nice to have a club chair or upholstered bench so that all four of us could watch a movie. I also feel like our room should be cleaned during our stay at $400 per night. There’s also no ice access for the chateau rooms - you have to ask the front desk. The parking lot is tiny so we had to park off site a few times. Overall it’s a beautiful place, and we did enjoy our stay. The nespresso makers in the rooms were a nice bonus.

The staff was very responsive to my recents for a South facing room. The property is beautiful

Very nice . Opting for the balcony room was a great choices

Such a lovely space! The courtyard was charming and nice to have the few coffee and restaurants close by.
