Osage Casino Hotel - Ponca City

Great pool/outdoor area… room configuration was a little odd and beds were very firm… not my favorite! But all in all it was a good stay, would stay there again if I ever needed to.

The casino started out bad but got better. Not very many choices for diabetics with breakfast.

The hotel was clean and beds comfortable. The rooms were quiet and we were able to relax. The only downside was the restaurant was under construction so you had to eat in the bar. With it being a casino bar it was smokey to eat in.

Hotel, casino and staff were all great. Swallows, the diner inside the casino, not so much. We tried it three different times at different times of the day but made no difference. Were served cold soup, cold French toast. Absolutely hate to send food back but…waitresses were very kind and understanding. Sadly the food returned to us cold. So kitchen needs some management attention. We were disappointed the pool and hot tub were closed but not a big deal. Overall a very pleasant stay and we will stay there again.
