Home2 Suites by Hilton Bellingham Airport

good

Everything was very clean and tidy the staff were great friendly and attentive . The little food shop was really handy when we needed a late night snack and bottles of water (a vegetarian soup option would have been good for my two daughters ) We did have a problem with a scorching hot shower the first morning but the manager sorted it within a few hours , I think hooks placed in a different part of the bathroom(ie not directly above toilet ) would have been more hygienic and helpful for when we get out of the shower rather than getting the tiled floor soaking wet and slippery especially as the accessible room/bathroom we had had a ton of wall space to do that . We also couldn’t find an ice bucket on the room. Aside from that the kitchen was well equipped . Please more English tea bags and sugar in the room and some larger towels we could hardly get these around the waist and we aren’t too large and also for women some extra towels for our hair wash would be appreciated

It was a great place

Very clean and well appointed. Staff was very attentive.
