The room was spotless, and staff axtively trying to speak to you even in different language made me feel really welcoming. Cleaning is super fast and room service is super affordable even if you arent ok a budget.

Besides the fact that the room is super clean and the staff are very kind, they have a dog that's also a staff. 10/10 would stay here again.

This was my second time staying here. I love this hotel. It may be my favorite of all the hotels I’ve stayed at in South Korea over the years. The staff is amazing, super kind, and helpful. The dog is adorable. It’s very clean and I always feel quite safe.
The bed is a little hard for me, but that is not uncommon and not a reason to stay elsewhere. If I have more reasons to stay in Incheon, I will absolutely come again.
