Grupotel Cinco Plazas

Stayed here many times and it is faultless. This time I was here for my birthday but hadn't mentioned this at all to reception. Note was obviously taken at check in as a lovely card and chocolates was left in the room on the day of my birthday. Little gestures go a long way.

Stayed here many times and can not fault! Appartments spacious and cleaned regularly! Bar and restaurant very reasonably priced if not cheap! Back again a new year and can’t wait👍

Excellent apartment, clean, excellent beds bedding Towels. Proper hairdryer Housekeeping were fabulous.

Booked these appts on Latedeal. Big Complex rooms were basic but did have necessary things. Only Small bar just couple tables around it then found Bar closes i.clock in night so if your stuck for drink or meal u have to go out. lvly room upstairs with Bar which was never opened. They had 2.pools sometimes u had Entertainment sometimes u didn't we spent 10.days there which we enjoyed but only thing was it was up hill so walking difficulties its hard .
