Hibiscus Lakeside Motel

Upon arrival at the motel we were concerned , it is currently undergoing major reconstruction and renovation, this is not mentioned in the motels site listing on Expedia. It looks like a demolition site and we were not even sure if we had the right place. Upon finding the office a friendly enough gentleman checked us in and sort of apologised for the state of the place. Our room in the remaining block of units was clean and tidy, the only real issue being the tv not working, which turned out to be the power points on that side of the room not working, which required a long extension cord to be supplied. Overall the stay was clean and comfortable and quiet. More communication about the condition of the overall motel would be nice. I would still recommend it as a place to stay. But

excellent view at the back of our room. room opens up to the lake side walkway. enjoy the water view from inside of the room. enjoy a long walk in the morning. Inder, the staff was very polite.

Could not see where the entry to the hotel was due to renovations.

Beautiful large room overlooking the lake and everything was spotless and the bathroom was like a 5 star bathroom large and modern and clean especially for the price so would stay again
