Very nice customer service. The room was clean but the building needs some upkeep. The hallway that went to my room near the stairs had pieces of carpet to cover the floor that I tripped on. There were cleaning supplies and items that should be in storage or hidden that was unsightly. But hey, it was a very fair price and the room was clean

I was able to drop off my luggage,before check-in.Went to explore the city.Staff were excellent.The rail is very accessible.I went to downtown and Mall of America.Had a great time.

It’s fine as a baseline motel. The place is run down, especially as compared to the neighborhood- hallway carpets were musty, but the room’s was ok. Their hospitality is also baseline… strict 10:30 checkout, etc.
Minihaha falls is close, which is why I chose the spot, and there’s bus and transit a block away.
It worked out, though I personally would expect a lower rate for the quality.
