As always the hotel was wonderful.

Love the lakeview / nature feeling of the pool overlooking the lake. Staff is top notch friendly.. the lady working at check in remembered me from my visit a year prior. Cleaning staff was friendly and helpful.. everybody very helfpul and professional. Hotel is quiet and nice and the most comfortable bed i have had in any hotel ever. On par with beds at the 4 Seasons.. if not better than at least as good.

Absolutely beautiful property set in very well maintained grounds with a lake view. Superb team from the front desk to houskeeping to food and beverage, big thanks to GM David for such a warm welcome.

This hotel is like an oasis in the middle of a busy, low-rise industrial area. It is set in beautiful grounds that are very peaceful and relaxing.The rooms are comfrtable although perhaps the decor is a little dated. The TV has few English language channels athough that reflects the largely Thai clientel. The in-house restauurant is OK. If youre feeling more adventurous there is llively evening market on the other side of the road. The hotel will provide a tuk-tuk to the entrance of the hotel. During rush-hour it is difficult to cross the road on foot but you can walk up to the pedestrian crossing outside the 304 Industrial park.
