The staff were excellent and made this stay so much better, all so kind and helpful, quite friendly too, never had an even slightly bad interaction with anyone.

Room was satisfactory. Was a little run down though. Was good that the Front desk is open till midnigh as we mainly booked due to getting into osaka late.
