Really helpful staff, comfortable beds, very basic breakfast. Convenient for public transport and for Abba Voyage.

The room was basic but perfect for what I needed. There was also a fan in the room which was much appreciated due to the time of year. The shower worked well and the room was clean.
The only slight issues I had were that
- The blind wasn't fit for purpose and let the light through in the early hours. The window was so small I ended up putting a pillow in the gap to block it out 😂
- I could feel the springs in the bed through the night. The mattress could definitely do with being replaced. Maybe this is something the staff weren't aware of but it led to a poor night sleep as I couldn't get comfy.
I'm still marking as 4 out of 5 as it was relatively cheap in comparison to other hotels

The location of property was good with walking distance from DLR station and bus stops. The reception staff was helpful and kind. Enjoyed my business trip one night stay at the property. I recommand this property to anyone travelling central or east London. Cheers
