Step away from Shinsaibashisuji and Dotonbori, very convenient to shop and eat. The staff are very friendly too, we dropped off the luggage before check in time, and they helped us bring it into our room after we came back later.

Incredibly convenient location right next to the train station and a couple of shopping malls. Staff were pleasant and polite. Rooms were spacious, a bit dated but clean and tidy. A very value-for-money option. Will stay here again.
