What a treat staying in a castle. Rooms very spactious, bathroom was large. Dining room was amazing. Food was wonderful. Worth the experience.

This is a fabulous place and we loved our 2 day stay. The staff were great on the whole but could have sold us a lot more wine if they had wanted to. However we really liked the laid back vibe. It's extremely dog friendly and the food was exceptional. We will definitely come back. The cleanliness was generally good but the massive old building must be hard to maintain and keep clean.. The views are amazing and the history fascinating.
There are many interesting war monuments nearby. The Tranchées de Soif was moving. Real trenches still there from WWI.
