Be warned there are a lot of steep stairs, we were in the royal suite. But it’s well worth the climb, a beautiful huge room with very comfortable beds & a lovely bathroom, views over the rooftops.
Staff kindly valet parked the car (extra cost but worth it) & carried our bags up & down the stairs
Good options for breakfast, we sat outside.
Staff were very helpful & friendly

Maybe my favorite hotel stay ever. Beautiful historic house in the old center walking distance from train station, market, museums etc. Incredibly kind and helpful staff. Wonderful food and delightful bar. Our room was truly special (and there was housekeeping every day!). Not a good choice if you can't manage very steep narrow winding stairs (which add to the charm) but otherwise wonderful in every way.
