Mercure Tbilisi Old Town

Nice balcony and very clean

I had a great stay at Mercure Tbilisi Old Town. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I also enjoyed the nice view from the room, which made the stay even more pleasant. The location is excellent — just a few steps away from the Old Town and within walking distance of many of Tbilisi’s top attractions, making it very convenient for exploring the city. A special mention to the Asado Steakhouse on the ground floor. It is simply amazing! I had one of the best steaks I've ever tasted there, and the overall dining experience was outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Great front desk staff, very friendly and helpful. Great location

The Mercure Tbilisi old town is in wn excellent location, the privilege rooms have a lovely view on the river, and they are large and comfortable. But what makes the hotel extra special is the staff. I unfortunately had a health scare in the middle of one night and they have been extraordinary. Highly recommended.
