So close to the beach. Easy access,just a nice place to stay.

For the price, this beachfront property is a really good deal. Yes, the room is outdated, but the bed was clean, and we had no issues with bedbugs or cleanliness at all. Everything in the room was working properly. We stayed with our cat, and there were no extra pet deposits, which we really appreciated. Free parking was another big plus. The staff was friendly, always available, and responded quickly to any questions we had. The location is great, close to the boardwalk and the second pier. Overall, we were happy with our stay. Great location & view, room was clean, beds were comfortable. Does need some updating. Bathroom needs a little tlc, rust in the bathtub. Staff was awesome, very friendly. Were always asking if we needed anything, even helped with the luggage. Will definitely stay again!

You're so close to the beach you can crawl to it. Towels are clean and you have plenty. Cleaning can be better. All glass should be cleaned. Floors should be moped, they are just sweped. Bottoms of my feet got really dirty. Also toilets use a spray bottle with disinfectant after each family leaves. I could smell another person's urine before me. I stayed in 3 different rooms, and the smell of previous person's urine was present. Price is very reasonable. Enjoy NOW, because you can tell with all the new expensive building going on prices will go up. I really appreciated the fridge, oven and microwave. I went to Dollar Gen a couple of blocks away for milk, coffee, yogurt, fish, lasagna. Eat and enjoy the view it's better than any restaurants $55 fish buffet?!?!
