The courtyard with the trees, pond and pool were beautiful-an oasis in the middle of Bangkok. The hotel entry was at the end of a long alley (250metres) and cars cannot drive through so you have to walk with luggage. The alley is busy so we felt very safe at all times -the laundry kiddie corner to the entrance is amazing! Quick and cheap. The breakfast is 400thai baht. Id say eat elsewhere. There are mom and pop convience stores everywhere- skip 7/11. There are two malls close by with great food. Walking distances-10 minutes-The room was great with amazing AC. Would recommend if you dont have mobility issues

Lovely little hotel nestled away in pincalo, quiet and peaceful hotel setting in a busy area. Sadly wasn't easy to get around but first time in Bangkok and lacked local knowledge. The staff were friendly and attentive. The room was basic, comfortable and clean. If you want to stay in pincalo I highly recommend staying at Charlie house.
