Staff were all friendly and informative.
We had one shower that was being worked on in our room but didn’t really cause a negative effect on our stay.
Food was nice and didn’t have to wait too long from ordering to it arriving

Excellent place to stay with a family, our 3,6 and 11 year olds loved the outdoor spaces, the gardens and play areas are fantastic and the lounge areas are also great for families. The room was a good size and the dining room had great food at decent prices, esp as kids eat for £1! You can walk directly from the hostel to many different paths into countryside or dovedale. Our family loved this place, I highly recommend it.
