This place was more like a small apartment. It was great. The layout was really good for the price. You could not beat it. The drive to Churchill Downs was really pretty from this area as well.

Honestly it was a 2 bedroom apartment. Very roomy with a full kitchen

Just needed a cheap place to stay the night as we were passing through. I wasn't expecting an apartment! Two queen size bedrooms, full size kitchen, nice size living room, more channels than other hotels. It was a great surprise when we checked in as I hadn't realized exactly what we purchased. Only issue was bathroom needed updated.

Came to town for a music festival in Louisville. Room was comfortable and owners were great!
