This centrally located hotel was my home for four days in Merida. The room was no frills but it was good, the bathroom/shower was large. The staff were kind and friendly and you could tell they were happy to be there. Short walk to Parque San Juan, a little more to Plaza Grande.. Merida centro at its cultural best. Thanks for a great visit.

The room was fine and the staff courteous but the wifi was laughable and the hot water wasn't warm enough to shower.
Major points for location. Right in the historic district. But if I can't shower or check my email I'm not going above 3 stars.
