Conveniently located close to public transport. Room was lovely. Clean and quiet. Staff very friendly and helpful. Safe underground on site parking too. Great rates. Five star. Will stay again and recommend to all.

The hotel was exceptional due to proximity of events.

Room was clean, had to ask for more towels as we only were given two & we had a child with us. Bin could have been a bit bigger considering we had a child under two staying with us but other then that it was nice, close to marvel which we loved. We will be back

We arrived at rush hour.
I hadn't booked parking but reception found the last car park vacant for me on site.
We were able to move into our room effortlessly.
Our stay went without any issues and staff were very helpful at all times.
