I loved the staff especially animation team also the food was great.
I did not like the repeateing of the kids songs every night, im surprised the animation team still have sanity.
The beach was ok apart from the stones but watersports was more expensive than any other country in the world

As a family of 5 we enjoyed our holiday. First of all this is not a 5* but this shouldn’t detract from the overall experience, it’s a good family holiday hotel, staff were helpful and accommodating. English wasn’t always easy but if a problem a good English speaker was made available.
We were the only English family, but this wasn’t an issue, lots of Dutch and some Russians.
Only one bar in the evening which is restricting. Food was good but this is an all inclusive for families so will always feel like a cafeteria. Kids loved it.
Transportation to the beach and Alanya town which is worth utilising for a change of scenery.
