2 staff members were very friendly. One girl didn’t really act like she cared much when I told her how slippery the pool area was. Both of my kids slipped just walking around the pool.

The holet was clean and close to alot of shops and restaurant. It close to MOA and the Edgan outlet mall. My only one complain was the shower pressure was not that great this could use a upgrade, but other then that this hotel is very nice. We will stay here again!!

The whole hotel is very well-maintained. Breakfast is exceptional. Pool is not only immaculate but kept at a slightly warmer, comfortable temperature. We didn’t have to negotiate for daily room-housekeeping - they asked at check-in if we wanted it. I’m not a fan of pet-friendly hotels (allergy potential and simply fear of dogs and emotional upset), but it presented no problems for us this time. It was a better experience than we’ve had at far pricier hotels.
