There is no staff. The rooms are far from soundproof. Great location but plan for parking difficulty. There is an Indigo lot I paid $55 American for two full days. (Download app ahead of time)
Overall, I plan to return based on price, balcony, and location.

We liked the location of this property. Easy access to Old Quebec and a nice and lively neighbourhood. The rooms are so clean and the beds comfortable. Not crazy about the washroom outside the room though. I would recommend this hotel.

Everything was wonderful but parking information should be in booking details. We loved the hotel and the restaurant. Would stay again. The beds were so comfortable. Highly recommend.
