The total service was good. The staff were approachable and always ready to assist us. The only thing that I notice was most of the pools are not available and not that clean as well. We only enjoyed our stay in the room. Cafeteria only have few food options and a bit pricey. But it was a good thing that they are allowing guests to order thru online food delivery.

The landscaping is very inviting & blends with the natural beauty 😍 of the Philippines. The owner to the staff were very welcoming & accommodating from arrival to departure. Thank you very much for your hospitality to my family of 11 including the dogs for a one week stay. Kindly Sterling Hubbard sr.

WiFi was included, but only worked in the lobby and dining room, not in our room. There is a fee for everything. I am disabled, but there was 400 peso fee (about $3.80) to sit in a chair by the pool, ( I didn’t swim). After a bit of protest, they gave me a plastic chair to sit in. Staff was friendly. The water slide closed one hour after our check-in for the season. Don’t think we will stay there again.
