The room was clean and spacious, aircon and hot water are all working well. This hotel is also strategically located right across Tunjungan Plaza, with the overhead bridge right in front of the hotel. The sound proofing wasnt great, can hear noises from corridor as well as other rooms, and though my room faces the back alley, it is not spared from the noises of motorbike revving.

Our room was very clean, the staff was helpful and let us check in a few hours early for free, and the food at the restaurant was great! The location is nice - you can walk to the Tunjungan mall in less than 5 minutes, and walk to Alun Alun in about 10.
