Beautiful sitting space on the porch overlooking Blanco state park. Loved the little library out front. Thumbs up on the designated parking space. Comfy bed. Quiet area.

It wasn't dirty, but it wasnt the cleanest. Needs lots of work inside and on the outside.

The location was great, right across street to Blanco state Park. We walked in the mornings before anyone arrived, it was peaceful.
Coffee was great. Room was clean. Lots of towels. Downtown was a few blocks away, within walking distance.
