Quiet, comfortable, safe & spacious location within walking distance to everything! Private sleeping quarters & bathrooms. Very clean. Shared kitchen & living space with one other guest. Not a traditional hotel setting. Located in a building with other uses. Staff was extremely helpful & friendly. Would definitely recommend & stay again on our next visit.

The property was perfect for our needs!! Our daughter is doing a study abroad with SJU. It was a 10-minute walk. Perfect location. Very close to everything. Great local restaurants steps away.
I guess I was unprepared to have it be on a third floor apartment.
At the time they had scaffolding around the building as well. Which was not their fault of course.
Walking in we were pleasantly surprised at how quaint the setup was. They had coffee and tea which was available throughout the day. And use of their refrigerator. For the breakfast it was really an assortment of fresh cookies.
