Pros: love the onsen, friendly and accommodating staff, good breakfast buffet (need to pay)
Cons: slightly far from transportation

Location was great. The hotel was nice. The only issue we had is it smelled like cigarette smoke. They had an excellent breakfast buffet.

Rooms are clean and spacious for three. . Location is good 11 minutes from the station. Breakfast has a variety of Asian and western breakfast styles. The onsen was great with two levels, one open and other indoors. Will stay again!

It was a decent hotel. I room was fine and everything. Staff very helpful. But one major problem they had is the smell in the lobby. The smoke room was attached to the lobby. So everytime I entered the building it smelled awful of smoke. And to me, the smell of smoke in a hotel is a big problem. It made it very unwelcoming and it was impossible to ignore. Other than that it was a decent hotel.

"Staff stands out very helpful, and the onsen was great reprieve from snowy weather. "
