This was a perfect location to Blue Ash UC campus.

Everything with the room was very good... except ours and every other room we could hear had an excessive door slam that rocked the hallways. Biggest off putting thing were the things we wanted as part of the stay First, the breakfast wasn't run too well. There was 1 lady that has to do it all. Eggs and more ran outand there was a lot of waiting. And there was no coffee and both big dispensers had to be hauled back to brew more which was so slow. Seems like providing coffee is Breakfast 101. Needed more help. Happened the 2nd morning too. Next, the pool our grandkids enjoy the most, was C-O-L-D!!! Compared to other pools, it was an ice bath. But the rooms were nice...

Had some difficulty entering property due to parking lot work. Hotel was good otherwise.
