Good stay

Good stay. Decent location in Taoyuan, with price, and facility. The staff was friendly (let me check in early) and I had no issues throughout my stay. Although, I would recommend changing the check time to 3:00 PM, adding a cable weight machine in the fitness room (there are multiple cardio machines, but only one set of free weights), and maybe a drink voucher for the bar. The bar is a nice area, but the hotel seems to neglect using it. Also, I did I see any other customers checking it out/there.

The place is clean and the staff are friendly

The hotel is new, clean, and well-maintained, with helpful staff who speak good English. The location is a bit far from Zhongli and Laojie River Stations (about 2 km or a 32-minute walk). McDonald’s, KFC, and Starbucks are nearby for convenient cashless payments. The rooms are spacious, bright, and comfortable, with good air conditioning, comfortable beds, well-functioning sinks and drainage. The gym is small and lacks proper equipment for a 4-star hotel. However, the breakfast is excellent, offering a great variety of Asian and Western options. Unfortunately, laundry service isn’t free, unlike at the hotels in Suzhou and Hangzhou.
