Vilamoura Garden Hotel

Clean room

Staff was great! Hotel is clean and comfortable, breakfast was great

A beautifully situated and well appointed boutique hotel graced with courteous, efficient, multilingual staff. The pool and decking is framed with magnificent Mediterranean pines and rosemary. Gym is well equipped and the breakfast buffet abundant. Bedlinen is the finest, softest most silken cotton and the pillows provide a sweet slumber. Clientele in July was a mix of Portuguese ( a good sign when you stay in a country that its own people choose it) and some English, Irish and Italians. Guests were mostly well behaved.

Decent for a mini-break, we did 5 nights, but any longer may become a bit stale, pool area doesn’t get the sun for most of the day and could do with a refresh, breakfasts are 10/10, lots of choices, my go to was the yoghurt and muesli with the honey 2 miles walk to the beach, we did this twice, but Ubers so affordable €5 down to the harbour or back from the beach and plenty around We stayed in a garden suite with pool view, nice and spacious
