More information about which drinks are paid and which are not paid. Was unclear. We had all inclusive and staff say every time that we have to pay. Also for water. Beter explanation was fine why you shoud always have those bracelets with you.

Good hotel with 2 pools, unlimited food and drinks, evening drinking bar and good staff. The hotel room was big and clean.

Very nice hotel, lovely staff especially Momo and Deniz. Good entertainment, food and facilities. Used hotel Spa which was very enjoyable. Everyone was lovely and welcoming.

The staff has been great, but the hotel property itself leaves a lot to be desired. Two small elevators for the whole hotel, very noisy during the day and night. Too many people in the pools, and the large pool has been closed for 2 days. The beach is far, you need to take a bus to get to the beach. The food was ok, not great. I guess it’s all about expectations, it’s not a luxury hotel by any means. It’s probably good for families with small kids if you can handle a lot of people around you and a lot of noise.
