It felt more spacious then other equally priced hotels in the area.

The location is central, the room was quiet and clean, the staff friendly. The windows unfortunately can't be opened.
The staff at the reception was not very well informed about the tours offered in the flyers they had lying out at the reception. In the end I had to find the information and book the tour by myself.

Friendly staff good solid 4 star, stayed one night for early morning flight out. 30minutes from airport (could be more at peak time-traffic is often log jammed) super friendly staff, clean quiet room (floor 6 on side of building not overlooking main street). Short walk to mega mall(10 mins) near sea front warungs.

Comfortable and modern business hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was comfortable, good shower and WiFi. Breakfast buffet has a lot of choice, something for everyone and very good. Walking distance from good restaurants (the hotel restaurant is also very good) and shopping malls.
