The property was cleaned and the staff were very friendly. I rate them 5 stars.

I didn't like that the owner/manager was unfriendly. She's never once said hello to me, my friends, and family. She did not even bother to offer condolences to us, as I we were burying my mom. Her staff were the total opposite; they were friendly and professional the entire time of my stay.
