Perun Lodge Hotel

Everything went smoothly - really excellent. Only minor complaint would be that parking in the hotel cost extra.

Better than it looks. Great staff, nice pool and steam room. Breakfast is good. Nearer to Main Street than you might think from looking at map. My room had had a smoker in it and I asked for a different room. Even though hotel was very busy the nice girl at front desk upgraded me to an apartment!

Staff were very pleasant, think sometimes they found it difficult to understand us but we got there finally, would be nice if breakfast started at 0700, just because the queues for the gondola could be long. We were on the ground floor near reception/bar and it could be noisy throughout the night

Only two member of staff were kind and courteous: Chris at reception and the young woman at the spa. Everyone else was borderline hostile. The rooms are run-down and unsafe, nothing is supplied for using the kitchenette and there is absolutely nothing complimentary, not even a tea bag. The sauna, swimming pool and gym are ok, Breakfast is also not too bad. Hotel etiquette should be enforced, such as not shouting in corridors and not smoking in rooms, which appear to be tolerated. Location is good.
