Staff were very helpful but young and rather inexperienced. Front desk did not have charge for large bills. In general hotel not really prepared for the foreign guest.the menu for in-room dining seemed good with plenty of variety except it not offer not even one single green salad dish!!!
Shower: it took me a while to figure out how to get the overhead shower spout to work. No counter space in the bathroom and sprayer in the toilet was not working properly
