Lovely staff, always helpful and kind with the children. We may have been a bit unlucky with our room as it had a mold problem and an unpleasant smell. It was manageable for two nights and otherwise it was good value with a big bathroom and nice touches with bottled water, slippers, tea and coffee. The location is great for Waterbom, the airport and shopping. If you're a light sleeper, this area is bustly and loud, pack ear plugs.

Excellent location and staffing. Pool was under maintenance during my stayed in the hotel.

Great service, room is very clean and comfortable. The general condition of the hotel outside is a bit wear but in great location.
